Returns
We are not accepting refund or return after delivery. We will contact with you via WhatsApp or e-mail to get the confirmation of the order before proceed.
Refunds
If you want to make a refund or cancel the order, you should do it within 24 hours from the purchasing. After 24 hours we cannot accept cancellation or refund due to the customization process of your gift. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Processing Time
